A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for teachers’ residences; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of December 1961.

ALL those pieces of land containing together 1 acre and 7·9 perches situated in Block III, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District, being Lots 1, 2, 5, 9, and 10, D.P. S. 6283, being part Allotment 138A, Parish of Matata. Part certificate of title, Volume 1727, folio 56, Auckland Land Registry.
