A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes, subject to the building-line condition imposed by notice No. 470961, Wellington Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of December 1961.
