Crown Land Set Apart for a Public School in the City of Lower Hutt
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of December 1961.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of Crown land containing 3 roods 7·29 perches situated in the City of Lower Hutt, Wellington R.D., being Section 766, Hutt District. Being all the land in notice K. 36540, formerly part certificate of title, Volume 293, folio 54, Wellington Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of December 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for police purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of December 1961.

ALL that piece of land containing 32 perches situated in Block I, Kawatiri Survey District, Nelson R.D., as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4441 (S.O. 10246) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with the right of way created in and by memorandum of transfer No. 215596, Auckland Land Registry, for housing, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of December 1961.
