CORRIGENDUM

In the Proclamation dated the 8th day of September 1961 and published in Gazette, 21 September 1961, No. 60, at page 1439, taking land and an easement over land for the purposes of an aerodrome in Block X, Port Nicholson Survey District, for the figures “0 0 10·96”, read “0 1 10·96” which last-mentioned figures appear in the Proclamation signed by His Excellency the Governor-General.

Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 461 acres 1 rood 35 perches, more or less, being the land known as Raetihi 5B 1B Block, situated in Block I, Karioi Survey District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of December 1961.

Crown Land Set Apart for a Teacher’s Residence in Block III, Waipu Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is set apart for a teacher’s residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of December 1961.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 1 rood 18 perches situated in Block III, Waipu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Allotment 567, Parish of Waipu; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked 42773 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of December 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for an aerodrome; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of December 1961.

ALL those pieces of Crown land situated in Block II, Turanganui Survey District, Gisborne R.D., described as follows:
