Change of the Purpose of Part of a Reserve and Vesting in the South Canterbury Hospital Board

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for public recreation and enjoyment to a reserve for a hospital site and, further, vests the said reserve in the South Canterbury Hospital Board, in trust, for hospital site purposes.
