Notice of Intention to Take Land in Block I, Whakatane Survey District, for Road (Whakatane River Bridge Landing Road Site, Left Bank Approaches)

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for road; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Whakatane and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well grounded objections to the taking of the land, set forth the same in writing and send the writing, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.

Town and Country Planning Act 1953-Cook County Council (Notice of Extension of Period of Effectiveness of Refusals and Prohibitions)

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 38 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, notice is hereby given that the period of effectiveness of each refusal or prohibition made by the Cook County Council in the interests of the Cook County district scheme, which refusal or prohibition but for this notice would expire between the date of public notification hereof and the 10th day of November 1962 inclusive, is hereby extended to the said 10th day of November 1962.

Town and Country Planning Act 1953-City of Wellington (Notice of Extension of Period of Effectiveness of Refusals and Prohibitions)
