PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby amends the notice dated the 13th day of October 1961 and published in the Gazette, 19 October 1961, Volume III, page 1627, reserving land for recreation and vesting the same in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Palmerston North, in trust, for that purpose, by deleting the Schedule thereto and substituting the following Schedule in lieu thereof.
