Crown Land Set Apart for a Public School (Teacher's Residence) in the Borough of Cromwell

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school (teacher's residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of December 1961.

SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 33'22 perches situated in the Borough of Cromwell, Otago R.D., being Section 7, Block XLVI, Town of Cromwell.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of December 1961.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land now held for better utilisation described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of December 1961.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All those pieces of land situated in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Otahuhu, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
0 1 24'7 Parts Allotment 36, small farms near Otahuhu;
0 1 29'5 coloured blue, edged blue, on plan.
0 0 28'7 Parts Lot 1, D.P. 39576, being parts Allotment
0 0 19'6 37, small farms near Otahuhu; coloured yellow on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3521 (S.O. 42925) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

All that piece of Crown land containing 2 roods 34'3 perches, being Section 28, Block XI, Kawhia North Survey District, as shown on a plan lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland as No. S.O. 38358.

All that piece of public reserve containing 34'8 perches situated in the Borough of Taumarunui, Auckland R.D., being part Section 9, Block VI, Rangaroa Village; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4157 (S.O. 41000) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of November 1961.

Part Proclamation No. 6086, Wellington Land Registry, formerly part certificate of title, Volume 192, folio 260, Wellington Land Registry; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4215 (S.O. 25180) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
