A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for teachers' residences; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of December 1961.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 37·6 perches situated in Block IX, Opunake Survey District, Taranaki R.D., and being Lots 16 and 18, D.P. 7479, being part Sections 9 and 10, Opunake Town Belt.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 26th day of September 1961 and published in Gazette, 28 September 1961, No. 61, at page 1476, taking land for State housing purposes in the City of Wellington, subject to a height restriction, and hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes, subject to notice of height restriction K. 22676, Wellington Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of December 1961.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the building-line restriction contained in K. 50353, Auckland Land Registry, and subject as to parts Allotments 49 and 70, to the fencing agreement contained in memoranda of transfer No. 198874 and 381734, Auckland Land Registry, for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of December 1961.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes, subject to the building-line restriction imposed by special order No. 525976 and subject as to Lots 10, 11, 12, and 27 to 36 inclusive, D.P. 21609, to the drainage easement created in and by memorandum of transfer No. 553179, Canterbury Land Registry, and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of December 1961.
