Crown Land Set Apart for Public Buildings of the General Government in the City of Christchurch
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for public buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of December 1961.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of Crown land containing 1 acre and 15 perches situated in the City of Christchurch, Canterbury R.D., being Section 1182, Town of Christchurch; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4353 (S.O. 9892) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 7th day of December 1961.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the development of water power; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of December 1961.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of Crown land containing 1,698 acres 3 roods 10 perches situated in Block VIII, Tutaki Survey District, Nelson R.D., being Sections 15, 16, and 17.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for an automatic telephone exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of December 1961.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XI, Waipoua Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 98958 (S.O. 7658) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
