IN the notice published in the Gazette, 9 November 1961, No. 71, page 1738, appointing members of the Waikokowai Public Hall Board, for “Olive Francis Markina Tapp”, substitute “Raymond Mark Tapp”.
Crown Land Set Apart for Railway Purposes at Blenheim

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of December 1961.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of Crown land set apart for railway purposes.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes, subject to and together with as to Lot 66, D.P. 6845, pipeline certificate No. W. 8982, Taranaki Registry, and together with as to Lot 6, D.P. 7189, pipeline certificate No. W. 8989, Taranaki Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of December 1961.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Springfield-Brunnerton Railway.

All situated in Block XI, Kowai Survey District, Tawera County. (S.O. 9878.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 17618 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
