A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for waterworks purposes, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Whangarei as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of December 1961.

All those pieces of land situated in Block IX, Whangarei Survey District, Borough of Whangarei, Auckland, R.D., described as follows:

An Easement Over Land Taken for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Main Highway Depot in Block II, Mangawhero Survey District, and Previous Proclamation Revoked
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 4th day of August 1958 and published in Gazette, 7 August 1958, Volume II, page 1021, taking an easement over land for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a main highway depot in Block II, Mangawhero Survey District, and hereby proclaim and declare that an easement for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a main highway depot is hereby taken over the land described
in the Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen, first, the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to take water from a well situated on the land described in the said Schedule, and for that purpose to construct, use, and maintain a well, pump house, and tanks thereon and to carry out any other works that are deemed necessary by Her Majesty the Queen to provide an unpolluted and adequate supply of water to the land taken for a main highway depot described in Proclamation No. 5936, Wellington Land Registry, and, secondly, the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to convey water from the said well, pump house, and tanks along, under, or over the land described in the said Schedule and for that purpose to lay, construct, place, and maintain a line of pipes along, under, or over the land described in the said Schedule, such easement to be held appurtenant to the land taken for a main highway depot by the said Proclamation No. 5936; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of December 1961.

All that piece of land containing 35·1 perches situated in Block II, Mangawhero Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Pukewhakapu 2B 3A; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4276 (S.O. 24716) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Ivan Thomas Neale, under and by virtue of renewable Crown lease, Volume 956, folio 96 (Auckland Land Registry), is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of December 1961.
