ALL that piece of land containing 23·9 perches situated in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District, Borough of Mount Eden, Auckland R.D., and being portion of Allotment 53, Section 6, Suburbs of Auckland. All certificate of title, Volume 758, folio 215, Auckland Land Registry (limited as to parcels and title).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of November 1961.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for a recreation ground, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waitemata as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of December 1961.
FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 39·7 perches situated in Block VII, Titirangi Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 35, D.P. 34100, being part Allotment 53, Parish of Waikomiti; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4200 (S.O. 42559) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 35·5 perches situated in Block VII, Titirangi Survey District, County of Waitemata, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 22, D.P. 34100. Balance certificate of title, Volume 1131, folio 183, Auckland Land Registry.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in the Manawatu Catchment Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of December 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water power (Otahuhu Substation), and also that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken subject as to part to the water-drainage easement created in and by memorandum of transfer No. 91645, Auckland Land Registry, and to the electricity easement created in and by memorandum of transfer No. 595037, Auckland Land Registry, for the development of water power (Otahuhu Substation).
