A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
11th day of December 1961.

SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 16·7 perches situated in
Block XIV, Tapapa Survey District, Auckland R.D., being
part Lot 1, D.P. 23022, being part Okoroire Block as the
same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
M.O.W. 4227 (S.O. 38664) deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
yellow.
