A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
Otago Land District
ALL that piece of road containing 2 roods 24 perches situated in Block VIII, Warepa Survey District, Otago R.D., and passing through Section 17; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4222 (S.O. 13060) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 22nd day of November 1961.

Declaring Land in Canterbury Land District, Vested in the Canterbury Education Board as a Site for a Public School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Canterbury Education Board as a site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the lands described in the First Schedule hereto, being areas vested in the South Auckland Education Board, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Nelson Education Board, as sites for public schools shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

Section 17, Block XIV, Russell Survey District: Area, 59 acres 1 rood 25 perches, more or less. As shown on plan No. 6/23 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plan No. 42195.)

Pursuant to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land together with a right of way appurtenant thereto.

Nelson Land District—Nelson Conservancy
Section 19 (formerly part Section 5), Block XVI, Lyell Survey District, together with a right of way over part Section 5, Block XVI, Lyell Survey District, as created by memorandum of transfer No. 78347, and thereon coloured yellow. Area, 173 acres 2 roods, more or less. As shown on plan No. 107/7 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington. (S.O. Plan No. 10112.)
