Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT-WESTLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL that area containing 26 acres 1 rood 10 perches, more or less, being closed roads and part Rural Sections 2249 and 2250 situated in Block I, Poerua Survey District, and Block IV, Whataroa Survey District. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan No. 132/41 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of November 1961.

PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets apart the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a burial reserve for the common use of the Panapa family.

PURSUANT to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the access ways described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Dunedin and be under the control and management of the Dunedin City Council.
