Additional Land Taken for a Secondary School in the City of Palmerston North

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of December 1961.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 21·3 perches situated in the City of Palmerston North, and being Lot 52, Deeds Plan 189, being part Section 226, Town of Palmerston North. All certificate of title, Volume 342, folio 235, Wellington Land Registry (limited as to parcels).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 22nd day of November 1961.

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an automatic telephone exchange, together with one-third share of interest of Rawhiti Janet Kay Thompson, of Mosgiel, spinster, in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of December 1961.

FIRST SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 15·04 perches situated in Block II, East Taieri Survey District, Borough of Mosgiel, being Lot 5, Deeds Plan 266, and being also part Section 12. Part certificate of title, Volume 258, folio 83, Otago Land Registry.

SECOND SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 11·7 perches situated in Block II, East Taieri Survey District, Borough of Mosgiel, being part Section 12, and being land marked right of way, Deeds Plan 266. All certificate of title, Volume 258, folio 81, Otago Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of November 1961.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4217 (S.O. 25094) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
