Notice Calling Final Meeting
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Millar's Stainless Metal Milkers Ltd. (in liquidation). Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-named company will be held at the R.S.A. Lounge, West Street, Ashburton, on Tuesday, the 12th day of December 1961, at 10 a.m. for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.
Further Business:
To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolution as an extraordinary resolution, namely:
"That the books and papers of the company and of the liquidator be disposed of by handing the same to the liquidator for safe keeping."
To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolution as an ordinary resolution, namely:
"That the remuneration of the liquidator be fixed in accordance with the scale of fees laid down by the New Zealand Society of Accountants."
Every member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not also be a member.

(2) Determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company are to be disposed of.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP
Notice is hereby given that the partnership business of general engineers formerly conducted at Toko by Johannes Albertus Van den Brink and Petrus Johanna Theresia Schellekens under the name of Toko Engineering Works was dissolved as from the 30th day of October 1961. All debts and obligations of the former partnership will be discharged by the said Johannes Albertus Van den Brink who will continue the said business on his own account under the name of Toko Engineering Works.

COROMANDEL COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 and any other Act in that behalf enabling, the Coromandel County Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £10,000 authorised to be raised by the Coromandel County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of advancing money to farmers and the Rural Housing Act 1939, the said Coromandel County Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal two five of a penny (${\frac {1}{4}}$d.) in the pound (£) upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the County of Coromandel; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate (this rate is not expected to be levied) during the currency of the loan, being a period of 20 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

HAMILTON CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Security Rate for Streets Loan 1961, £100,000
In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 and any other powers thereunto it enabling, the Hamilton City Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £100,000 authorised to be raised by the Hamilton City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of meeting all costs and expenses incurred in carrying out the construction and laying of footpaths, kerbing and channelling, and carriageways within the City of Hamilton, and other incidental expenses including all labour and materials, plant, and tools, engineers' fees, legal fees, plans and specifications, supervision charges, the purchase of land, compensation to the owners of property in respect of such work and the cost of raising the loan, the said Hamilton City Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 1s. 5d. in the pound (£) on the rateable value, unimproved, of all rateable property in the City of Hamilton; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 20 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."
I hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy of a resolution passed at a duly constituted meeting of the Hamilton City Council on the 8th day of November 1961.

NORTHCOTE BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Pensioners Flats Loan 1961
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Northcote Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £12,500 authorised to be raised by the Northcote Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of purchasing land and erecting flats for aged persons thereon, the said Northcote Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal one eight pence (0·18d.) in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Borough of Northcote, comprising the whole of the Borough of Northcote; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 7th day of August in each and every year during the currency loan, being a period of 30 years, or until the loan is fully paid off".
