Reservation of Land and Declaration That Land be Part of the Queen Elizabeth Park Domain

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the last-mentioned Act, to form part of the Queen Elizabeth Park Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Lower Hutt City Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Amending a Notice Reserving Land and Declaring Land to be Part of the Maungakaretu Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby amends the notice dated the 22nd day of December 1960 and published in the Gazette, 12 January 1961, Volume I, page 9, reserving land and declaring land to be part of the Maungakaretu Scenic Reserve by deleting the Schedule thereto and substituting the following Schedule in lieu thereof.
