Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Change of the Purpose of a Reserve and Vesting in the Manukau County Council

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for utility purposes to a reserve for recreation purposes and, further, vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Manukau, in trust, for recreation purposes.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Rotorua County Council

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes; and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Rotorua, in trust, for that purpose, subject however to the provisions and conditions contained in a deed dated the 13th day of September 1961 affecting the said land made between Her Majesty the Queen of the first part, the body corporate called the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Rotorua of the second part, and Arthur Cuthbert Christophers, of Ngongotaha, retired, and Dora Mary Christophers, his wife, of the third part, and deposited in the Head Office of the Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington as Auckland Deed No. 5471.
