Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the
Minister of Lands hereby vests the reserves described in the
Schedule hereto in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants
of the County of Waitemata, in trust, for the purposes
specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the said
reserves.

Cancellation of the Vesting of the Management in the Cor-
poration of Hokitika, Change of Purpose of a Reserve, and
Vesting in the Hokitika Borough Council

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the
Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting of the manage-
ment in the Corporation of Hokitika and changes the purpose
of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve
for a public square to a reserve for recreation purposes and,
further, vests the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and
Citizens of the Borough of Hokitika, in trust, for recreation
purposes.

Licensing Donald Bruce Mackay and Charles Gordon Somer-
ville to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore and Bed
of Queenstown Bay, Lake Wakatipu, as a Site for a Jetty

Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine
hereby licences and permits Donald Bruce Mackay and
Charles Gordon Somerville (hereinafter called the licensees,
which term shall include their executors, administrators, or
assigns, unless the context requires a different construction)
to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of Lake
Wakatipu at Queenstown Bay, as shown on plan M.D. 11070
and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at
Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining a jetty thereon
as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and
enjoyed by the licensees upon and subject to the terms and
conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regula-
   tions 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so
   far as applicable, apply hereto.

2. The premium payable by the licensees shall be five
   pounds (£5) and the annual sum so payable ten pounds (£10).

3. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day
   of November 1961.
