ALL that piece of stopped Government road containing 1·4 perches situated in Block I, Maramarua Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part stopped Government road; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4056 (S.O. 43061) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington and thereon coloured yellow.

SECOND SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1·3 perches situated in Block I, Maramarua Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 51, Section 3, Town of Mercer; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4056 (S.O. 43061) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 19th day of February 1954, to be road.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 3 roods 8·4 perches situated in Block III, Kaeo Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Touwai B 35c 1 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4082 (M.L. 14199) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by order dated the 2nd day of November 1960, to be road.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the course of the Kopuku Stream shall be altered or diverted within the area of land described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of land containing 8 acres 2 roods 32·2 perches situated in Block IV, Maramarua Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Lot 3, D.P. 11622, being part Allotment 4, Maramarua Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4090 (S.O. 41122) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow, edged yellow.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 30th day of July 1948, published in Gazette, 5 August 1948, Volume II, page 975, and registered as No. 3923, Wellington Land Registry, defining the middle line of a further portion of the Wellington-Napier Railway (Lower Hutt Valley Duplication) in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood situated in the Borough of Upper Hutt, Wellington R.D., being Lot 7, D.P. 7481, being part Section 142, Hutt District. All certificate of title, Volume 495, folio 252, Wellington Land Registry.

At the Government House at Wellington this 1st day of November 1961

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby approves of the resolution passed by the Christchurch City Council on the 19th day of July 1961, and set out in the First Schedule hereto, in so far as it affects the side of portion of street described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

THE Christchurch City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Christchurch, by resolution declares that the provisions of section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928 shall not apply to the southern side of portion of Lawson Street adjoining Lot 57, D.P. 75, and Lot 1, D.P. 3397, being part Rural Section 79, City of Christchurch, being comprised in certificates of title, Volume 45, folio 12, and Volume 279, folio 100.
