A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and hereby proclaim and declare that the street described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and added to the reserve described in the Third Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres 1 rood 37·7 perches situated in the City of Invercargill, Southland R.D., being part Block LXXXVIII, Town of Invercargill; shown edged orange on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3974 (S.O. 6632) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the stopped Government road described in the First Schedule hereto and the land held for a post office described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of November 1961.
