PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,

subject to the building-line condition imposed by Order in
Council No. 2079, Wellington Land Registry; and I also de-
clare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
