COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a teacher's residence, and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of November 1961.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 36 perches situated in Block IX, Waitohu Survey District, Wellington R.D., being Lot 4, D.P. 20011, being part Pukehou 5K north and part Pukehou 5K south. All certificate of title, Volume 793, folio 76, Wellington Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of October 1961.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a teacher's residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of November 1961.

All that piece of land containing 1 rood 31·1 perches situated in the Borough of Gore, Southland R.D., being part Lot 2, D.P. 745, being part Section 137, Block LXXI, Hokonui Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3067 (S.O. 6897) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Hugh Alfgar Hamilton, under and by virtue of lease No. 21941, Auckland Land Registry, for a term commencing on the 1st day of May 1949 and terminating on the 30th day of April 1972, is hereby taken for a university; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of November 1961.

All those pieces of land situated in the City of Christchurch, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school, and that an easement is hereby taken for the purposes of a public school over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, inspect, cleanse, repair, renew, and maintain a line of pipes under the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, and to use the said line of pipes for the unimpeded conveyance of water, such easement to be held appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of November 1961.

FIRST SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 2 acres 2 roods 1·7 perches situated in Block III, Tauhoa Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 16, Parish of Tauhoa. Balance certificate of title, Volume 59, folio 204, Auckland Land Registry.

SECOND SCHEDULE

All that piece of land containing 1 rood 24·5 perches situated in Blocks III and VII, Tauhoa Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 34, Parish of Tauhoa; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3973 (S.O. 43031) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
