A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing
purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 13th day of November 1961.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of Crown land containing 1 rood situated
in Block I, Kaingaroa Survey District, Auckland R.D., being
part Section 1; as the same is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked M.O.W. 3988 (S.O. 40610) deposited in
the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and
thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 20th day of October 1961.

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 12th day of September
1961 and published in Gazette, 21 September 1961, No. 60,
page 1436, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at
Wellington as No. 508585, setting apart for State housing
purposes land held for buildings of the General Government in
Block XVI, Belmont Survey District, subject to a building-line
condition; and I also hereby declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto, now held for buildings of the General
Government, is hereby set apart for State housing purposes,
subject to the building-line condition imposed by K.39112,
Wellington Land Registry; and I hereby further declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day
of November 1961.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 32 perches situated in Block
XVI, Belmont Survey District, Wellington R.D., being Lot 10,
D.P. 20429, being part Section 5, Lowry Bay District. Part
land in Proclamation No. 457571, Wellington Land Registry.

in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 13th day of November 1961.

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 2 acres 2 roods 9'5
perches, situated in Block V, Hukerenui Survey District,
