Present:
His Excellency The Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets apart the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a Ratana Church site for the common use and benefit of the members of the Ngati Raukawa tribe.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the Order in Council dated the 17th day of February 1943, and published in the Gazette on the 4th day of March 1943, at page 272, authorising Robert Craig, of Crushington, farmer, to use water for the purpose of generating electricity and to erect certain electric lines.

Authorising the Laying Off of Portion of a Street (Extension of Mataroa Road) in the Borough of Mount Wellington, Subject to a Condition as to the Building Line

Pursuant to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Mount Wellington Borough Council to permit the laying off of the proposed portion of a street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft, but not less than 40 ft, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, and 30 of a subdivision of the land shown edged green on the plan marked M.O.W. 3936 referred to in the Schedule hereto within a distance of 15 ft from the side line of the said street.

THAT proposed street in the Borough of Mount Wellington containing by admeasurement 3 roods 28 perches, more or less, being part land on D.P. 16881, being part Hamlin's Grant. ALL that piece of land containing 11 acres and 28 perches situated in Block XV, Waipukurau Survey District, Hawke's Bay R.D., and being Sections 23 and 25; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3633 (S.O. 3193) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Varying a Condition as to Setting Back the Building Line of the Land Fronting the South-western Side of Kyber Pass in the City of Dunedin Imposed by Order in Council Under Section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928

His Excellency The Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to section 131 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Order in Council dated the 17th day of April 1958, published in Gazette, 23 April 1958, Volume I, page 530, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Dunedin as No. 7360, exempting Kyber Pass in the City of Dunedin from the provisions of section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, subject to a condition as to the building line, by varying the condition with regard to the building line imposed by the said Order in Council, so that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on Lot 2, D.P. 9191, Otago Land Registry, within a distance of 8 ft from the side line of the said street.
