A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
6th day of November 1961.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
All those pieces of land situated in Block IV, Rangitoto Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

Being
0 0 7·9 Parts Section 4, Subvision B, Manchester District;
0 0 24·3 coloured blue on plan.
0 3 9·8 Part Section 4, Subdivision B, Manchester District;
coloured orange on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 3980 (S.O. 24787) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as
above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 16th day of October 1961.

General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land
described in the Schedule hereto.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 0·27 of a perch situated in
the Borough of Otaki, Wellington R.D., and being Lot 3, L.T.
Plan 23168, being part Hanganoaiho No. 1B. Part certificate of
title, Volume 901, folio 58, Wellington Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,

All that piece of land containing 16 perches situated in the
City of Invercargill, being part Lot 1, D.P. 4390, being part
Section 36, Block I, Invercargill Hundred, Southland R.D.; as
the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
M.O.W. 3975 (S.O. 6766) deposited in the office of the Minister
of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road described
in the First Schedule hereto; and I also hereby take the land
described in the Second Schedule hereto for the purposes of
subsection (6) of the said section 29.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
Road Closed
All that piece of road containing 1 acre 1 rood 0·7 perches
situated in Block IV, Rangitoto Survey District, Wellington
R.D., adjoining or passing through part Section 4, Subdivision
B, Manchester District; coloured green on plan.
SECOND SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
Land Taken
All that piece of land containing 2 roods 37·5 perches
situated in Block IV, Rangitoto Survey District, Wellington
R.D., being part Section 4, Subdivision B, Manchester District;
coloured orange, edged orange on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 3980 (S.O. 24787) deposited in the office of
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.

General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation
dated the 11th day of September 1961 and published in
Gazette, 21 September 1961, No. 60, page 1445, proclaiming
road as closed in Blocks I, II, V, and VI, Ahaura Survey
District; and I also hereby proclaim as closed those portions of
road described in the Schedule hereto.
