A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, together with drainage rights created by memorandum of transfer No. 208603 and subject to drainage rights created by memoranda of transfer No. 197569 and 204576, Otago Land Registry, is hereby taken for motorway; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of November 1961.
