A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 11th day of August 1958 and published in Gazette, 14 August 1958, No. 51, page 1074, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as No. 16350, defining the middle line of a portion of the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway in the City of Auckland, in so far as it affects Lots 90, 100, 100A, 101, 102, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, and 109, Deeds Plan No. 976, and Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 46126, being all certificates of title, Volume 513, folios 16, 84, 102, 68, 23, 64, 19, 190, 28, 26, and 295, and Volume 1582, folio 81, Auckland Land Registry.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Auckland Education Board, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Hawke’s Bay Education Board, as sites for public schools shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road.

SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that portion of Springs Road situated in Blocks XIII and XIV, Paeroa Survey District, Rotorua County, commencing at the easternmost corner of Section 23 of the aforesaid Block XIV and proceeding thence in a north-westerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 130 chains and terminating at the northernmost corner of Section 10 of the aforesaid Block XIII.

Also all that portion of Ohakuri Road situated in Block XIII, Paeroa Survey District, Rotorua County, commencing at the southernmost corner of Section 14 of the aforesaid Block XIII and proceeding thence in an easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 10 chains and terminating at a public road.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3954 (S.O. 37220) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A-B and C-D respectively.
