A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land
described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby pro-
claim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule
hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
Road
ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 23·4 perches situated
in Block XIV, Maungakawa Survey District, Auckland R.D.,
being part Section 1; as the same is more particularly de-
lineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3953. (S.O. 39588) de-
posited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured yellow.
SECOND SCHEDULE

Road Closed
ALL that piece of road containing 2 roods 36·7 perches situ-
ated in Block XIV, Maungakawa Survey District, Auckland
R.D., adjoining or passing through Sections 1 and 3; as the
same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
M.O.W. 3953 (S.O. 39588) deposited in the office of the

Defining the Middle Line of a Motorway in Block 1, Otahuhu
Survey District, and Amending a Proclamation Defining
the Middle Line of a Road in Block 1, Otahuhu Survey

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1947, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, do hereby revoke, as to the middle
line defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto, the Schedule
to the Proclamation dated the 22nd day of November 1958
and published in Gazette, 1958, Volume III, page 1718,
defining the middle line of a road in Block I, Otahuhu
Survey District, and in lieu thereof do hereby proclaim and
declare that the middle line of a motorway in Block I,
Otahuhu Survey District, viz., a portion of the Auckland-
Hamilton Motorway, shall be that defined and set forth in
the Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Procla-
mation shall affect only the land situated within the limits
coloured red on the plan marked M.O.W. 3686 referred to
in the Schedule hereto.
