13634, being part Allotment 55, Maramarua Parish; as the
same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
M.O.W. 3952 (S.O. 41078) deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow,
edged yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject, as to the land first
described in the said Schedule, to the agreement as to fencing
contained in transfer S. 77039 and, as to the land secondly
described in the said Schedule, to the mining easement created
by conveyance No. 216226 (R. 197/313) and to the agree-
ments as to fencing contained in the said conveyance No.
216226 and transfer No. S. 76291, Auckland Land Registry,
for a teacher's residence; and I also declare that this Proclama-
tion shall take effect on and after the 30th day of October
1961.

hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land des-
cribed in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a pleasure
ground, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and
Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date herein-
after mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 30th day of October 1961.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land situated in the City of Wellington
containing 33.74 perches, being part land on D.P. 4735,
being part Section 12, Porirua District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1947
(S.O. 24743) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
