A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a motorway; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of October 1961.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 36 perches situated in the Borough of Green Island, Otago R.D., being Lot 19, Block B, Deeds Plan 18, and being part Section 94, Block V, Lower Kaikorai Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 319, folio 204, Otago Land Registry (limited as to parcels).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 7th day of October 1961.
