A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of public reserve described in the Schedule hereto, excepting thereout such veins, seams, and beds of coal and other mines and minerals as are not contained in Proclamation 12216, Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken for a post office; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of October 1961.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that portion of public reserve containing 11·3 perches situated in Block XV, Rangiriri Survey District, Borough of Huntly, Auckland R.D., being part Lot 9, D.P. S. 316, being part Allotment 39, Pepepe Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3905 (S.O. 41006) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 7th day of October 1961.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for a surfaceman's cottage; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of October 1961.
