Crown Land Set Apart for Railway Purposes at Hatfield

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of October 1961.

SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart:

A. R. P. Being
0 0 27·8 Part of old railway reserve (Crown land).

Situated in Block IV, Ashburton Survey District, Ashburton County. (S.O. 9822.)

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 17487 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 19th day of October 1961.

Additional Land at Rotowaro Taken for the Purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway (Huntly-Awaroa Branch) and for Road Diversion in Connection Therewith

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway (Huntly-Awaroa Branch) and the land taken in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road diversion in connection therewith.

FIRST SCHEDULE

FOR RAILWAY

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken:

0 0 32 Part road adjoining railway land in Proclamation 3715; coloured green.

Situated in Block XIV, Rangiriri Survey District, Raglan County. (S.O. 39360. L.O. 16620.)

SECOND SCHEDULE

FOR ROAD DIVERSION

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:

0 0 0·2 Part railway land in Proclamation 3715; coloured yellow, edged yellow.
0 0 24·2 Part railway land in Proclamation 3715; coloured yellow.

0 0 2·9 Part railway land in Proclamation 3715; coloured yellow, edged yellow.

All situated in Block XIV, Rangiriri Survey District, Raglan County. (S.O. 39360. L.O. 16620.)

In the South Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked L.O. 16620 and L.O. 17454 and deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a special school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of October 1961.

SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 1·6 perches being Lots 68, 69, 90, and 91, Block A, D.P. 210, Otago Land Registry, being part Section 11, Block V, Andersons Bay Survey District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of October 1961.
