BAY OF ISLANDS COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LANDS

In the matter of the Counties Act 1956 and in the matter of the Public Works Act 1928.

Notice is hereby given that the Bay of Islands County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, the provision of a road within the County of Bay of Islands; and for the purposes of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Clerk to the said Council, situated in Albert Street, Kawakawa, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by or who have well grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or the taking of such lands must state their objections in writing and send the same, within 40 days from the 5th day of October 1961, being the day of the first publication of this notice, to the County Clerk at the County Office, Albert Street, Kawakawa.

OTAMATEA COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR WATERWORKS

Notice is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for waterworks; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the said land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Mangawhai and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well grounded objections to the taking of the said land, set forth the same in writing and send the writing, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Otamatea County Council at Paparoa.

SCHEDULE

All that piece of land containing 3 roods 3-1 perches, more or less, being Lot 70 on Deposited Plan 44540, and being part of Allotments 41 and 42 of the Suburbs of Molesworth and part of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 1503 folio 21, Auckland Registry.

LOWER HUTT CITY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and in the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and in the matter of the Lower Hutt Borough Empowering Act 1927.

Notice is hereby given that the Lower Hutt City Council, local authority within the meaning of the Public Works Act 1928, proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a public work, namely, the creation of a street off Stokes Valley Road in the City of Lower Hutt; and for the purpose of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken for street; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken, marked T.P. 8/40/1, is deposited in the office of the Council, situate in the Administration Building, Laings Road, Lower Hutt, and is there open for inspection by all persons, without fee, during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said lands who have any well-grounded objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands must state their objection in writing and send the same, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Town Clerk at the above address.
