Notice of Intention to Take Additional Land in Block X,
Rangitaiki Upper Survey District, for a Maori School
(Additions to Te Teko Maori School Site)
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the additional
land described in the Schedule hereto for a Maori school;
and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land
so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Te
Teko and is there open for inspection; and that all persons
affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have
any well grounded objections to the taking of the land, set
forth the same in writing and send the writing, within 40
days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister
of Works at Wellington.

Uawa Survey District, for Maori School, Being Land Adjoining the Present Site of the Mangatuna School and Required for an Extension Thereto
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the additional
land described in the Schedule hereto for a Maori school;
and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land
so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Tolaga Bay and is there open for inspection; and that all
persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they
have any well grounded objection to the taking of such land,
set forth the same in writing and send such writing, within
40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the
Minister of Works at Wellington.

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 20·6 perches situated

Notice of Intention to Take an Easement Over Land in
Block XIII, Waoku Survey District, for the Purposes of a Public School
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take an easement
over the land described in the First Schedule hereto for the
purpose of a public school, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen
full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to convey water along, under, or over the said land
and for that purpose to lay, construct, place, reconstruct,
cleanse, repair, and maintain a line of water pipes along,
under, or over the said land, and to construct, use, and maintain a pump house thereon, such easement to be held appurtenant to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land
over which the easement is so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Waiotemarama; and that all
persons affected by the taking of the said easement should,
if they have any well grounded objections to the taking of
the said easement, set forth the same in writing and send
the writing, within 40 days from the first publication of this
notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.
