Declaration That Part of the Torere Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation Over the Said Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Torere Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act and, further, revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the said reserve.

Declaration That Land is a Public Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Rotorua Borough Council on the 17th day of May 1961:

"That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Rotorua Borough Council hereby resolves that the pieces of land vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the said borough and described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby declared to be a public reserve for aerodrome purposes within the meaning of the said Act."
