Land, Subject as to Part to a Building-line Restriction
Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the
Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948
as from the 9th day of October 1961, subject as to Lots
168 and 169, D.P. S. 6405, to the building-line restriction im-
posed by notice S. 140833, Auckland Land Registry.

Notice is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions
of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in
the First Schedule hereto for road and to take the land
described in the Second Schedule hereto for the use, conveni-
ence, or enjoyment of a road; and notice is hereby further given
that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited
in the post office at Mangonui and is there open for inspec-
tion; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said
land should, if they have any well grounded objections to the
taking of the said land, set forth the same in writing and send
the writing, within 40 days from the first publication of this
