A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for buildings of the General Government, is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of October 1961.

All those pieces of land containing 1 rood 28.2 perches situated in the Borough of Blenheim, Marlborough R.D., being Lots 17 and 67, D.P. 2593, being parts Section 47, Wairau Registration District.
