Additional Land Taken for a Secondary School in the City of Christchurch

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of October 1961.
SCHEDULE
Canterbury LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 12 perches situated in the City of Christchurch, Canterbury R.D., and being Lot 15, D.P. 368, being part Town Reserve 2, City of Christchurch. All certificate of title, Volume 112, folio 23, Canterbury Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 19th day of September 1961.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby take the additional land described in the First Schedule hereto for a Maori school, and the part Reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto for a Maori school and the part Reserve described in the Third Schedule hereto for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of October 1961.
FIRST SCHEDULE
Gisborne LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of additional land containing 2 acres and 5·6 perches situated in Block IV, Whangaparaoa Survey District, Gisborne R.D., and being part Poiti No. 1 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2601 (S.O. 5184) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
SECOND SCHEDULE
Gisborne LAND DISTRICT
All those pieces of Reserve situated in Block IV, Whangaparaoa Survey District, Gisborne R.D., described as follows:

2 0 18·8 Part School Reserve; coloured blue on plan.
2 3 17·7 Parts School Reserve; edged blue on plan.
0 0 17·8 As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2601 (S.O. 5184) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above-mentioned.
THIRD SCHEDULE
Gisborne LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of Reserve containing 2·3 perches situated in Block IV, Whangaparaoa Survey District, Gisborne R.D., and being part School Reserve; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2601 (S.O. 5184) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

ALL that piece of land containing 12·3 perches situated in Block VII, Ruakaka Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part land on D.P. 28647, being part Allotment 65, Parish of Ruakaka; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3781 (S.O. 42975) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

ALL that piece of land containing 160 acres situated in Block XII, Rolleston Survey District, Canterbury R.D., and being Rural Sections 6275, 7467, and 10432. All certificate of title, Volume 217, folio 70, Canterbury Land Registry.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Dudley Harold Chapman, of Templeton, farmer, under and by virtue of renewable lease R.L.F. No. 345, Volume 529, folio 144, Canterbury Land Registry, is hereby taken for prison purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of October 1961.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a pumping station and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Christchurch as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of October 1961.
