Crown Land Set Apart for Electricity Purposes (Serviceman's Depot) in Block X, Paeroa Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for electricity purposes (serviceman's depot); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of October 1961.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of Crown land containing 2 acres 2 roods 23 perches, being Section 13, Block X, Paeroa Survey District; as shown on a plan lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland as No. S.O. 39618.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 19th day of September 1961.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart, together with the benefit of the right of way created by memorandum of transfer No. 7591, Otago Land Registry, subject to the restriction as to the building line imposed by Order in Council No. 7133, Otago Land Registry, and to rights of batter created by memorandum of transfer No. 164916, Otago Land Registry, for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of October 1961.

ALL that piece of land containing 20 perches situated in the Wakari Survey District, City of Dunedin, being Lot 21, D.P. 9042, Otago Land Registry, and being part Section 112; part Gazette Notice No. 7399, Otago Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of October 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for the Wellington-Foxton Motorway, is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of October 1961.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 17·68 perches situated in the Borough of Tawa, Wellington R.D., being part of the land in Proclamation No. 5196, Wellington Land Registry (formerly part Section 56, Porirua District); as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2745 (S.O. 24923) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of September 1961.
