SCHEDULE
BOUNDARIES OF THE GLENORCHY RABBIT DISTRICT
ALL that area in the Otago and Southland Land Districts, County of Lake, containing 394,500 acres, more or less, commencing at Mount Aurum, Skippers Creek Survey District, and proceeding south-westerly along the south-eastern boundary of Run 14 to its south-eastern corner; thence generally southerly down the middle of Stony Creek to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Run 346D; thence generally south westerly to and along that boundary and its production to the north-eastern shore of Lake Wakatipu; thence generally north- westerly along that shore and westerly and generally south- easterly along the northern and south-western shores of that lake to the south-eastern corner of Run 350A; thence generally westerly and northerly along the southern and western boundaries of that run to the right (southern) bank of the Greenstone River; thence south-westerly and north-westerly along the right bank of that river and the right bank of McKellar Branch to the shore of Lake McKellar; thence northerly along the western shore of that lake to its northernmost point; thence north-easterly along a right line to the southernmost point of Lake Howden; thence generally northerly along the western shore of that lake to the middle of Pass Creek; thence generally northerly down the middle of that creek and its production to the middle of the Hollyford River; thence generally northerly down the middle of that river to its intersection with a right line between Trig. Station X, Holyford Survey District, and Welshman Peak, Humbolt Survey District; thence north-easterly along that right line to Welshman Peak; thence north-easterly along a right line to Fiery Peak; thence north-easterly along a right line to Hedin Peak; thence south- easterly along a right line to Trig. Station F on the northern boundary of Run 522; thence generally easterly along the northern boundary of that run to its north-eastern corner; thence northerly and generally north-easterly along the western and north-western boundaries of Run 458 to the intersection of the last-mentioned boundary with a right line between Trig. Station, Cascade Saddle, Cascade Survey District, and the northernmost corner of Run 20; thence south-easterly along that line to the northernmost corner of Run 20; thence south- westerly and southerly along the north-western and western boundaries of that run to the westernmost corner of Run 17; thence south-easterly along the south-western boundary of that run to the point of commencement.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Rabbits Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares the Dunstan Rabbit District, which was constituted by Order in Council on the 23rd day of March 1950,* and the Downs Rabbit District, which was constituted by Order in Council on the 19th day of April 1950+, to be united and to form one district having the name of the Dunstan Downs Rabbit District, the boundaries of which shall be those specified in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
BOUNDARIES OF THE DUNSTAN DOWNS RABBIT DISTRICT
ALL that area in the Otago Land District, Counties of Maniototo and Vincent, containing 130,100 acres, more or less, commencing at Trig. Station AA, Mount St. Bathans, St. Bathans Survey District, and proceeding generally easterly and south- easterly along the northern and north-eastern boundaries of Run 685 to a point in line with the generally western side of a road intersecting Run 582; thence northerly to and along the western side of that road to the middle of the Manuherikia River (West Branch); thence generally south-easterly and south-westerly down the middle of the Manuherikia River to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Section 10, Block IV, Lauder Survey District; thence north-westerly to and along the south-western boundary of that Section 10 and its production to the middle of Lauder Creek; thence generally north-easterly and north-westerly up the middle of that creek to the eastern boundary of Run 223M; thence northerly and generally north-westerly along the eastern and north-eastern boundary of that Run 223M to its northernmost corner; thence generally north-easterly along the north-western boundaries of Runs 226c, 226b, 226a, and 226 and the production of the north-western boundary of that last-mentioned run to the middle of the Dunstan Creek; thence generally north-westerly up the middle of that creek to a point in line with the north- western boundary of Run 583; thence north-easterly to and along the north-western boundary of that Run 583 to the point of commencement.

Authorising Kopara Sawmilling Co. Ltd. to Erect and Use Certain Electric Lines in the County of Grey

THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises Kopara Saw- milling Co. Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Christchurch (hereinafter referred to as the licensee), subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, to lay, construct, put up, place and use the electric lines described in the Schedule hereto.
CONDITIONS
IMPLIED CONDITIONS
- The conditions directed to be implied in all licences by the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935 and the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1935 shall be incorporated in and shall form part of this licence, except in so far as the same may be inconsistent with the provisions hereof.
LICENCE SUBJECT TO REGULATIONS
- The licence hereby conferred is subject to compliance by the licensee with the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935, the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1935, the Radio Interference Regulations 1958, and with all regulations hereafter made in amendment thereof or in substitution therefor respectively.
SYSTEM OF SUPPLY
- The system of supply shall be as described in paragraph (d) of regulation 21-01 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935, and shall be an alternating current system.
DURATION OF LICENCE
- Unless sooner lawfully determined this licence shall continue in force until the 31st day of March 1982 or until electrical energy is available from an electric power board or some other public source of supply, whichever is the earlier.
SCHEDULE
LINES for the supply of electrical energy by the system of sup- ply hereinbefore described, commencing from the licensee's generator and proceeding in a south-westerly direction to a pole and from thence as follows:
(a) In an easterly direction to a school house.
(b) In a southerly direction to a school.
All being situated in part Section 3365, Block VII, Kopara Survey District, in the County of Grey. The said lines and buildings being more particularly shown on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 571 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby further amends, as set forth in the Schedule hereto, the Order in Council dated the 9th day of November 1954 and published in the Gazette on the 18th day of the same month at page 1796, as amended by an Order in Council dated the 30th day of September 1959 and published in the Gazette on the 1st day of October 1959 at page 1381, authorising the Auckland Transport Board to erect and use certain electric lines in the City of Auckland and the Boroughs of Mount Eden and Mount Roskill.
