ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 20th day of
September 1961
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and
declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule
hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council,
become county road.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that portion of road called Yankee Road situated in
Block I, Kaingaroa Survey District, Rotorua County, com-
mencing at its junction with Northern Boundary Road at the
south-western corner of Section 19, Block I, Kaingaroa Survey
District, and proceeding thence in a north-easterly direction
generally for a distance of approximately 191 chains and ter-
minating at the north-western corner of Section 21, Block I,
Kaingaroa Survey District.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 3750 (S.O. 39212) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
red and marked A-B.

PURSUANT to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His Excel-
lency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares
that the access way described in the Schedule hereto shall,
on and after the date of this Order in Council, vest in the
Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Mount
Roskill and be under the control and management of the
Mount Roskill Borough Council.

described in the Schedule hereto, that land being no longer
required for the purpose for which it was acquired.

At the Government House at Wellington this 20th day of
September 1961
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act
1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excel-
lency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the
Invercargill City Council to lay off the proposed street de-
scribed in the First Schedule hereto and to permit the laying off
of the proposed street described in the Second Schedule hereto
at a width for parts of their lengths of less than 66 ft, but not
less than 40 ft, subject to the condition that no building or part
of a building shall at any time be erected on the land front-
ing the proposed streets, described in the said Schedules
within a distance of 40 ft from the centre line of the said
streets.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT
THAT proposed street situated in Block I, Invercargill Hundred,
City of Invercargill, containing 1·7 perches, being Lot 71,
being part Section 37; as the same is more particularly de-
lineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3585 deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured red.
SECOND SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT
THOSE portions of proposed streets situated in Block I, Inver-
cargill Hundred, City of Invercargill, described as follows:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Rabbits Act 1955, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- This order may be cited at the Glenorchy Rabbit District
Order 1961.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the
date of its notification in the Gazette. - The boundaries of the Glenorchy Rabbit District, which
was constituted by Order in Council on the 1st day of June
1949,* are hereby altered and redefined and, as from the
commencement of this order, the boundaries of the said
district shall be those specified in the Schedule hereto.
