PURSUANT TO SECTION 128 OF THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT 1928, HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL, ACTING BY AND WITH THE ADVICE AND CONSENT OF THE EXECUTIVE COUNCIL, HEREBY APPROVES OF THE RESOLUTION PASSED BY THE AUCKLAND CITY COUNCIL ON THE 6TH DAY OF MARCH 1961, AND SET OUT IN THE FIRST SCHEDULE HERETO, IN SO FAR AS IT AFFECTS THE SIDE AND PORTION OF THE STREET DESCRIBED IN THE SECOND SCHEDULE HERETO, SUBJECT TO THE CONDITION THAT NO BUILDING OR PART OF A BUILDING SHALL AT ANY TIME BE ERECTED ON THE LAND FRONTING THE PORTION OF STREET DESCRIBED IN THE SECOND SCHEDULE HERETO WITHIN A DISTANCE OF 28 FT FROM THE CENTRE LINE OF THE SAID PORTION OF STREET.
