ALL that piece of land containing 3·3 perches situated in Block XXXVII, Taringatura Survey District, Southland R.D., being part Section 68R; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3394 (S.O. 6682) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 7th day of August 1961.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT

Land Proclaimed as Road

ALL those pieces of land described as follows:

1 1 10·8 Part Section 7, Block VI, Toetoes Survey District; coloured blue on plan.

2 1 14·6 Part Section 1, Block V, Otara Survey District; coloured orange on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1494 (S.O. 6479) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

SECOND SCHEDULE

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT

Road Closed

ALL that piece of road containing 1 acre and 14·4 perches situated in Block VI, Toetoes Survey District, and adjoining Sections 7 and 8 of the said district, and Section 10, Block V, Otara Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1494 (S.O. 6479) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the road described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby closed and added to the land now held for State forest purposes described in the Second Schedule hereto.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of road containing 3 roods 32 perches situated in Block VII, Maioro Survey District, Auckland R.D., and adjoining Lots 3 and 4, D.P. 45731, being part Allotment 189, Waiuku West Parish, and part Allotment 63, Suburban Section 2, Waiuku Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3413 (S.O. 42793) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

SECOND SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 10 acres 3 roods 29 perches situated in Block VII, Maioro Survey District, Auckland R.D., being Lot 4, D.P. 45731. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 218, folio 94, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 22nd day of August 1961.

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 27th day of July 1955 as varied by an order of the Maori Land Court dated the 10th day of December 1959, to be road.
