Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, i, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for post-office purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of September 1961.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 1·5 perches situated in Block IX, Komakorau Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Lot 4, D.P. 29312, being part Allotment 16, Pukete Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3442 (S.O. 41024) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, i, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the reservations and conditions imposed by section 59 of the Land Act 1948 and subject to the reservations imposed by section 8 of the Coal Mines Amendment Act 1950, for the development of water power (Lake Taupo and Waikato River Power Scheme).
