Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a public school (caretaker's residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of September 1961.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from the Maori Trustee by Allan Herbert Streeter, of Hokio Beach, schoolmaster, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 25154, Wellington Land Registry, is hereby taken for an institution established under the Child Welfare Act 1925; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of September 1961.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for hospital purposes and shall vest in the Palmerston North Hospital Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of September 1961.

All that piece of land containing 2 acres 2 roods situated in the Borough of Foxton, Wellington R.D., being part Lots 1 and 2, Deeds Plan 586, being part Block IV, Te Awahou; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2487 (S.O. 25042) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
