Land and an Easement Over Land Taken for River Works in Blocks V and VI, Te Tumu Survey District, Tauranga County

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for river works, and that an easement is hereby taken for river works over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Tauranga full drainage rights over the land described in the said Second Schedule including the right at all times to enter thereon by its servants and workmen with all necessary plant and equipment and to construct and permanently maintain all such drains and watercourses over and through the same in such manner as will ensure the effective drainage of water from that land and other land as may be required, such land and easement to vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Tauranga as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of September 1961.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VI, Te Tumu Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2333 (S.O. 38964) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Te Tumu Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a service lane and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Papatoetoe as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of September 1961.

ALL that piece of land containing 2·4 perches situated in Block X, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Papatoetoe, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 3, D.P. 48819. Part certificate of title, Volume 154, folio 45, Auckland Land Registry.
