Additional Land Taken and Crown Land Set Apart for a Secondary School in the Borough of Foxton
COBHAM, Governor-General By his Deputy, H. E. BARROWCLOUGH A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken, and that the Crown land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby set apart, for a secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of September 1961.
FIRST SCHEDULE WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 5 acres and 37·1 perches situated in the Borough of Foxton, Wellington R.D., being Lot 3, and part Lots 1 and 2, Deeds Plan 586, being part Block IV, Te Awahou; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3487 (S.O. 25042) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
SECOND SCHEDULE WELLLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of Crown land containing 1 acre 2 roods 15·1 perches situated in the Borough of Foxton, Wellington R.D., being formerly part railway land in Proclamation No. 8; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3488 (S.O. 24880) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Revoking Portion of a Proclamation Taking Additional Land for a Public School
COBHAM, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 13th day of May 1961 and published in Gazette, 1 June 1961, No. 36, page 775, taking additional land for a public school in Block V, Te Kaha Survey District, in so far as it affects the land fifty described in the Schedule thereto and described in the Schedule hereto, such land being not required.
SCHEDULE GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 31·4 perches situated in Block V, Te Kaha Survey District, Gisborne R.D., and being part 5 of part Te Kaha No. 8 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2709 (S.O. 5236) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

COBHAM, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of September 1961.
